Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 10–15 business days for production and delivery. This includes both the time to craft your item and the shipping time within Egypt.

We accept returns only for items with a manufacturing defect. Returns must be made at the time of delivery while the shipping representative is still present. Once the representative leaves, the order is considered accepted and cannot be returned. If approved, return shipping fees apply.
